Further to our recent discussions, please find below the quotation for the OVN X1 project. This covers the sample pricing, mass production pricing at two volume tiers, and the proposed sampling plan. All prices are quoted and locked in USD. Euro equivalents are shown for reference only.
OVN X1 — SW x Outta
The OVN X1 is a premium outdoor oven developed in partnership between Shield Works and Outta. The unit is finished in RAL 9011 Graphite Black powder coat and comprises three main components: the oven body, glass door, and rain cover.
Two material options are being evaluated for the oven body — SPCC cold-rolled steel and SS201 stainless steel — with Shield Works prioritising validation of the SPCC option during the sampling phase, as this delivers the best pricing outcome for mass production. The glass door and rain cover are priced separately as accessories.
Branding: OUTTA logo (front top), OVN product name (front bottom). No branding on core, back, stone, thermometer, door glass, or cover, as confirmed.
Sample Pricing
We are quoting two material options for the oven body in order to test and determine the best path for mass production.
Lower cost option, resulting in improved pricing for you. Requires validation of the powder coat finish (RAL 9011 Graphite Black) under high operating temperatures. We will do everything we can to make this option viable, as it directly translates to better pricing.
Proven material with a well-established track record. Serves as the benchmark option, finished in the same RAL 9011 Graphite Black powder coat.

First Round of Sampling
For the first round of sampling, we will produce the following:
Our priority during the sampling phase will be to validate the SPCC material option, as this will deliver the best pricing outcome for mass production. We will conduct rigorous testing on the powder coat performance under high temperatures and will keep you fully updated on the results.
Once testing is complete and you have reviewed the samples, we will confirm the final material selection and proceed directly into the SPOGA production units.
Production Quotation
We have prepared pricing at two volume tiers. Both SPCC and SS201 options are shown so you can see the pricing benefit should the SPCC material pass validation. The higher volume (1,104 sets) offers improved unit pricing across all items — we would recommend this option where possible.
